Exploring New York in Black and White

Last summer I spent 9 weeks on the east coast (mostly in New Haven, CT) where I taught VFX to high schoolers and met some amazing people.  I spent the last two weeks without a regular bed to sleep in and nothing to do but explore and take in the city.  I hit museums, went out with new friends, and walked around with my camera as much as I could.  Here's a few images from my time there--I know I'll post more; I felt creatively alive and was blown away by such a metropolis.

Greenwich Village

The Trump Tower

Statue of Liberty

Taken on Ellis Island, with a view of the Freedom Tower through the very windows that America's new citizens saw the hope of a new life.

I loved the lines and reflections in the side of New School building's façade.
